Who we are
Rega is a service for printed photo albums ("album" means a printed photo book made from your content) run by Business details are provided with your order confirmation · support@rega.work, company/business no. , address: , phone: , email: hello@rega.work. "We" in these terms means that entity.
Who can use Rega
You must be 18 or older. One account belongs to one person. You are responsible for keeping access to your email safe.
Signing in
You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email. The code is valid for 10 minutes.
Your photos and content
- Your photos, videos and text stay yours. We do not take ownership of them.
- You give Rega a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process (including resizing, cropping and AI processing as described in the Privacy Notice), show to the people you share with, and pass to the print partner to print and ship. The licence is only to provide the service to you, and it ends when the content is deleted, except for backups until they expire.
- We do not use your photos for marketing or to train models without separate, explicit consent.
- You confirm that you hold the rights to the content and have the consent of the people in it where needed. For minors, you confirm you are their parent or have their parent's consent.
- Content must follow the Content policy.
Orders, price and payment
- Before you order you see: the album description, page count and cover, the total price including VAT Business details are provided with your order confirmation · support@rega.work, the shipping fee, the delivery estimate, and possible import charges.
- You can order 1 to 10 copies per order.
- In the pilot there is no online payment. We confirm every order by hand, within 1 business day. Payment details come in the confirmation email. Business details are provided with your order confirmation · support@rega.work
- After we confirm the order we send you a written disclosure (email) with the deal details, as the law requires.
Cancellation, returns and reprints
The rules are in the Cancellation and returns policy, which is part of these terms. In short: a printed album is made specially for you, so after production starts there is no cancellation right under the Consumer Protection Law, except for a defect or non-conformity.
Shipping, taxes and customs
Albums are printed in a lab abroad and sent by international courier. Import charges may apply on delivery. Business details are provided with your order confirmation · support@rega.work
Prohibited use
You may not upload illegal content, try to break into the service, access other people's accounts, or use the service by automated means without permission.
Suspension and closing
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Content policy. We will tell you, unless the law or a risk to others prevents it. You can delete a workspace in its settings. Deletion happens after 30 days.
Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service working and to deliver a sound album. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Law or any other law. Business details are provided with your order confirmation · support@rega.work
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we email you a summary and the effective date at least Business details are provided with your order confirmation · support@rega.work days ahead. An order you have already placed stays under the terms in force when you placed it.
Law and courts
Israeli law applies. Jurisdiction: the competent courts in Business details are provided with your order confirmation · support@rega.work, without limiting a consumer's right to sue where they live when the law allows.
